Youcheng WANG, born in 1969, serves as Chair of Board, with portfolio including: Board Director of JCHX Mining Management Co. Ltd. (2008-2011) and Board Director and Vice President of JCHX Mining (2011-now).

Mukela Muyunda is a Business and Finance professional with over 33 years of experience dealing with business leadership, major business reorganizations and recapitalizations, business disposals and other significant business decisions in both private and public sectors. Mr. Muyunda has previously worked as ZCCM-IH Chief Executive Officer, Zamtel Managing Director and Botswana Sugar Plc Finance Manager, among others. Mr. Muyunda has served as Board Chairperson of Mopani Copper Mines Plc. He is the Chairperson of TransUnion Botswana, and he also serves on the PPP Council of Ministers, among others. Mr. Muyunda holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and MSc: Accounting & Finance Degrees. He is an Associate Member of CIMA, a Fellow of ZICA and a Member of the Botswana Institute of Directors.

Gang WANG, born in 1972, serves as Chief Executive Officer of Mowana and Vice President of JCHX Mining Management Co. Ltd. Previously, Mr. WANG worked in international mining companies in Serbia and Central Asia for 10 years as a senior executive with abundant underground mine management experience, with portfolio including: General Manager of Resources Development Division of JCHX Mining (2023-2024); President Advisor of JCHX Mining (2023); Deputy General Manager of Serbia Zijin Copper DOO (2019-2023); Deputy General Manager of Luoyang Kunyu Mining (2016-2019) and Deputy General Manager of Altynken LLC (2011-2016).

Jinyan CUI, born in 1970, has been working in JCHX Mining Management Co. Ltd for over 15 years, with main portfolio including: Deputy CEO of International Business Department of JCHX Mining (2017-2021), Deputy CEO of International Division of JCHX Mining, Botswana (2021-now), Manager of JCHX Mowana Project, Botswana (2022-2023) and CEO of JCHX Mining Botswana Branch (2023-now).

Pingping MA, born in 1989, serves as Deputy CFO of Mowana, with main previous portfolio including: Deputy Chief Financial Officer of JCHX Mining Construction Botswana Limited and Master Mine Service Botswana Limited and Deputy Project Manager of Konkola Project and Mowana Project. In his earlier career, Mr. MA worked as Cashier, Cost Accountant, Supervisor Accountant, Assistant of Financial Department Supervisor and Finance Manager at JCHX Mining.
